Posture Workshop Series
Strengthen + Lengthen + Self Massage
Perfect posture is not what we are after...
Pain-free and active people is the goal. Come spend three Sundays this spring exploring how the body is designed to sit and stand strong. Each workshop will include: anatomy of the body region; short, tight muscles to lengthen; overstretched weak muscles to strengthen; and simple self-massage techniques to take home.

- Anatomy of the region
- Which areas to lengthen and which to strengthen
- Self-massage techniques (i.e. acupressure + trigger points)
- To ensure space for Q+A, each session will be capped at 12 people
Content requests welcome! In the same way that no two massages in this practice are alike, each session can be directed by pain-points and interest areas of its attendees. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org up to 10-days prior to the workshop.
Attendees are welcome to join one or all of the workshops.
